Products
Big Bag (FIBC - flexible intermediate bulk container) standard 4 loop.
Big bags are a very cost effective and ideal packaging option for the transportation and storage of dry bulk material. They are either made of flat polypropylene fabric (PP) or from circular woven polyproplyene fabrics in either coated or non-coated form. Depending on the requirements in terms of safe working load (SWL) and the safety factor (SF) the weight of the fabric will vary.
Big bag (FIBC) with 1 or 2 lifting loops.
Big bags with 1 or 2 lifting loops are simpler by design and more economical in terms of performance to weight ratio than 4 loop big bags. They are made of circular fabric which gives an improved the tensile strength performance on a relatively lower weight of fabric.
The lifting loops are covered by a sleeve. The sleeve is available in different colours thus allowing easy identification of different products for the forklift drivers. The self- standing loops are also presented in such a way which facilitates easier handling of the bags.
Liner for Big Bags and Octabins
Some bulk materials may cause buildup of static energy during the filling and emptying process which can in the bag itself or on its surface cause an electrostatic discharge. If explosive dusts or gases are present in the vicinity during the filling or emptying process, there is a fire or explosion risk.
Dunnage bags - load securement
Dunnage bags are a practical way to secure or protect your goods during transport. They are suitable for stabilising consignments and prevent shifting of cargos during transit. They can withstand a pressure of many tons.
Small bags for 25-50 kg
PP woven fabric sacks may be used for packaging of a vast range of products not just in agriculture and construction related industries. PP bags, due to their tough woven fabric construction can withstand considerable forces and thereby provides better protection as well as minimizes damage and product wastage. From the choice of materials, to the use of advanced technology, to the maintenance of safety standarts and to the timely delivery of the finished goods- all are of equal importance in making a satisfying Technopac product.
Quality standards
Quality standards are applied to ensure that the system works properly and the final product meets the desired criteria. A quality assurance system such as ISO 9001 stipulates certain regulations for the achivement of this purpose. All Technopac`s production partners obtained ISO 9002 certification. This endorsement confirmed the manufacturing standarts, accountability and documentation. Soon with the increasing demands in a better quality and service, the production took another step forward and was accredited by ISO-9001-2000 during the last quarter of 2003 as well as by ISO 14001 and updated to ISO 9001:2000 version. We continuously works for better quality.

Quality assurance
Quality is Technopac`s highest priority. Our production partner has a complete in-house quality control laboratory for testing purposes including a test rig for FIBCs.
The Quality control process consists of three major steps:
- material inspection and testing
- process inspection and testing
- final quality control
During the material inspection, yarn is tested for width and strength. Once yarn is woven, fabric is tested once again for width, fabric weight, weaving density as well as the strength of the warp and weft. Samples taken out of fabric are also tested for UV resistance. This meticulous process inspection also applies to the final quality control where the bags are measured and visually checked to ensure the customer's specifications. Finally, a strength test is applied using bursting test equipment.

Traceability
In the unlikely event of a production flaw our production partners are able to track back through the production process, all the way to the raw material or to identify the problem. Using the traceability of quality assurance system all non-conforming products are marked in the plant using special means. Any non-conformities are immediately corrected and necessary measures are implemented to correct the problem.
